Welcome to SRF Online
Dr Shambhunath Singh Research Foundation (SRF) is a grassroots action research organisation working in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, one of the most backward regions in India. SRF was established on November 9, 1989, to propagate memory of Dr Shambhunath Singh, the well known Hindi writer, poet and social worker.
SRF believes knowledge is the key to bring social change, not by confining it to a few hands, but by disseminating it. It believes in common leadership and common action, where the participation of the society is ensured in each level of decision making and planning.
