We are hiring for our upcoming project World Food Program (An arm of United Nations)

Dr. Shambhunath Singh Research Foundation (SRF) with the support of several National and International Donor Agencies has been working for the integrated development of community in terms of  Early Childhood Care & Development, Nutrition,  Safe Health & Hygiene practices, Qualitative Education in ICDS centers and Primary Schools, Child Protection & Participation, Women Empowerment through SHGs and Income Generation Programs, in more than 50 villages and urban slums  under Varanasi and Bhadohi districts. SRF needs following experienced professionals with background of Social Sciences/ Home Sciences/Accounting and its area of operation in Varanasi and Bhadohi districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Project Manager:

We are in the process to appoint 1 Project Manager for our projects related to nutrition, health and child rights.

Remuneration:  

Rs 25,000 - per month including travel and other perks (negotiable).

Academic and working qualification required for above are-

  1. Postgraduate in Social Development/Social Sciences/Public Health or related fields.
  2. Having at least 5 years of experience at the management level, handling large projects especially in Nutrition, Health and Child Protection
  3. Good liasioning skill with District and State level officers.
  4. Good communication skills and empathy to work with vulnerable children and their communities.
  5. Having excellent documentation skill both in English and Hindi.
  6. Knowledge of impressive report writing and proposal making
  7. Having knowledge of child rights and related acts and schemes.
  8. Good skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  9. Candidate having personal bike/ scooty will be given preference.

Project Coordinators:

He/she will provide handholding support to field staff members and government functionaries for smooth functioning of the project. And liaison with block level officers.

Remuneration:

Rs. 20,000/- per month including travel

Academic and working qualification required for above are-

  1. Postgraduate in Social Development/Social Sciences/Public Health or related fields.
  2. Should have at least three years of experience in handling health/nutrition based project
  3. She/e should have good leadership quality and be able to manage the team members and community.
  4. The candidate must have good monitoring and facilitation skills along with community mobilization skill
  5. The candidate must have good reporting and communication skills
  6. She/e must have excellent computer skills.
  7. Candidate having personal bike/scooty will be given preference

MIS and Documentation In-charge:

She /he shall be responsible for the overall maintaining of data and keeping records and compile them for smooth functioning of the project.

Remuneration:

Rs. 10,000/= per month including travel approx.

Educational Qualification:

  1. The candidate should have a post graduate degree in any discipline.
  2. The candidate must have at least three years of experience in documentation and data entry.
  3. The candidate must have good command on computer skills especially on MS office. She/e must know typing both in English and Hindi.
  4. She/e must be able to prepare financial and program related reports and keep the date up to date in a presentable manner.

Accountant:

The Accountant will be responsible to manage all the program related accounting and assist Senior Accountants.

Remuneration:

Rs. 10,000/- per month approx

Minimum Educational Qualification:

  1. Graduate (B.Com will be preferred)
  2. Ability to use Tally 9 accounting software as well as general computer proficiency
  3. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Office Executive:

The Office Executive will have to ensure the office up keeping, record maintaining, logistics and travel arrangements, statutory provision like PF etc.

Remuneration:

 Rs. 14,000/- per month approx

 Minimum Educational Qualification:

  1. Graduate in any discipline
  2. Must have knowledge of office management
  3. Hindi and English typing is essential
  4. Candidate having personal bike/scooty will be given preference.
